The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, the staff was friendly, and the pool was enjoyable.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options including cereals, bacon, eggs, croissants, and drinks like coffee, orange juice. The staff constantly replenished the food and drinks. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel had night security in the car park. The air-conditioning kept us cool during our stay.

The hotel is quaint and we loved our stay. The location was wonderful in a very nice area. The staff was hard-working and really helpful. The breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice is generous and puts others to shame.

Budget hotel for a cheap price, but you get what you pay for!! Breakfast was adequate but the same everyday.

Hotel was basic and outside pool was dirty. Once we told staff the pool was dirty they arranged to get it cleaned. All the outside table clothes need replacing as they were dirty and where they were ripped they had just been patched up. Cups and plates were not cleared away quick enough, which encouraged flies. Some of the items on the outside play area were damaged. The hotel is located on a main road with no payment facilites to be able to walk to the beach, which was very dangerous.

We loved the clean and tidy queen room with a balcony, plus the added perks of an air conditioner, a mini-bar, and a television.

Great location for travelers with a car, ample parking, comfortable rooms with balconies, nice swimming pool open 24/7, suitable for families with kids.

What a surprise. this is a cheapy cheapy option but for the money you can't go wrong! Across the (very busy main) road you are two streets away from the beach and a selection of restaurants. The hotel is clean, beds comfortable, staff helpful and really friendly. Added to this there is a pool at the front of the hotel and breakfast is both substantial and regularly replenished with choices of hot breakfast or continental just give the coffee a miss if you drink it black!

Not the most inspiring location and some of the hotel is looking very tired. Getting rid of some of the posters and notices in the reception area would help considerably - thereby making for a less cluttered feel.

The location was excellent, for instance, Albir Beach was not far from the hotel. All the staff were excellent.- The breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice.

The hotel has friendly service and a good location very close to the tram to go to Benidorm. All the rooms are immaculate and the staff is excellent and amiable. It has a wide range of meals to offer, and the food is fab.

Same basic food every morning not much choice coffee vile dining area not clean

It was cheap but you got what you paid for.a very tired hotel badly in need of renovation would not stay there again
